17. Refund Policy

General Rule

ALL PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES, CREDITS, TOKENS, LICENSES, AND PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH AGENTICPLATFORM.ONE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing any Service, users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds are guaranteed.
  • No partial refunds are guaranteed.
  • No prorated refunds are guaranteed.
  • Failure to use the Service does not create a right to a refund.
  • Dissatisfaction with results does not create a right to a refund.
  • AI-generated outcomes are not guaranteed.
Administrative Exception

At its sole and absolute discretion, an authorized administrator of AgenticPlatform.one may choose to approve a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances. Such decisions are entirely discretionary, do not create precedent, do not obligate future refunds, and may be granted or denied for any reason. No user is entitled to a refund unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of Sapient Code.
